CityLife is the company engaged in the redevelopment of the area where Milan’s old complex of exhibition halls was located (Fiera di Milano) and with an overall area of 366,000 square metres, it is one of the main projects of this kind in Europe. It includes the world-renowned architects Zaha Hadid, Arata Isozaki, Daniel Libeskind.It is a balanced mix of public and private functions including residences, offices, shops and the third largest public park in the centre of Milan and it includes the first Golf Driving Range in downtown in Europe. An innovative Business and Shopping District formed by three towers and the Tre Torri Square with quality shops, services, restaurants and entertainment facing the Park, will be the heart of the CityLife project. The area is distinguished by a very strong attention to the environmental sustainability: the Residences are Class A certified, and the three office towers have already obtained Leed™ pre-certification with rating Gold. Moreover, CityLife will be the most extensive pedestrian area in Milan, thanks to the decision of moving all the vehicular traffic and parking underground. CityLife S.p.A. is a company 100% owned by Generali Group.

The story of Margraf Industria Marmi Vicentini began in 1906 in Chiampo (Vicenza). Right from the start our company has stood out due to considerable attention to research and technological innovation and, above all, for our close collaboration with prestigious architects. More than 100 years later, our company is today quite deservedly one of the world’s leaders in marble sector. We skilfully extract the marble from our quarries to process it into slabs or tiles, delivering a huge range of fine materials and excellent products to the building industry and architecture (flooring, wall coverings, external façades, furnishing accessories, bathrooms, kitchens…). We do all this in total respect for the environment, willing to invest in anything that leads to reduced environmental damage of any kind: from the most technologically advanced equipment to projects for reclaiming land, through to heavy investment in energy savings and the use of renewable sources.

One Works is an independent design and consultancy firm that integrates Architecture, Infrastructure and Urban Engineering turning visions into reality. Most of our projects deal with crowded spaces that host millions of people a year; their design implies extensive knowledge of the physical, historical, social, functional and environmental context. Through 20 years of professional practice and mutual experiences with partners, associates and consultants, our collaborative approach to projects focuses on client’s expectations. One Works is present in four strategic locations, three historical offices in Italy (Milan, Rome and Venice) together with the offices in London and Dubai (and its relative subsidiary locations Doha, Qatar and Riyadh, KSA).
