Wood Tasting is an experience that was created to disseminate beauty. Aldo Cibic  interprets for Slow Wood the natural process that gives rise to a product, starting from the tree, through the processed wood, and finally through the man who works and uses it with the utmost respect. Home of one of the most significant collections of woods in the world, Slow Wood offers the opportunity to enjoy the beauty and variety of precious and rare woods, not only by watching, but by touching and savoring them, through a sensorial journey that goes beyond a superficial perception of the material. Wood Tasting seeks to disrupt the genesis of the architect's work: if the choice of wood usually follows the design’s needs, here the wood and the skilled hands of the craftsmen become the inspiration for the designer. Carried by the beauty and singularity of a particular wood species, the architect imagines a new and unique project, becoming the protagonist of this beautiful process.
